Jesus said, In solemn truth I tell you that except a kernel of wheat fall into the ground and die, it remains a single kernel; but if it die it bears a great crop. John 12:24 (MNT) How well you live your life will be evidenced best when you are no longer on earth. But even while you live, it’s a fact that you should be worth more to your ministry, your family and your business after you resign, relocate, or transfer or are promoted to another position. You should be missed, but if you manage well, you will be replaceable. It’s not a compliment to you to be irreplaceable. Instead, it is a compliment to you when you have assured that life after you is even more successful than life with you.
