We were into branding, multiple campuses and phone apps. Come as you are. Early service or late service. Short service or long service.  Saturday or Sunday service. Traditional or contemporary worship.  The preaching was textbook and the worship was hot with the best of bands. Then came COVID and evicted us and emptied our building.  It left some of us stunned, depressed, inactive and without identity. But what an opportunity to find out who really were. When we go back to our churches, it won’t be the same and hopefully we won’t either. Really—that’s pretty good.
